Cancellations & Refunds

At AyurPet, your satisfaction is our top priority. Whether you need to cancel an order or request a refund, we’ve made our process simple and straightforward.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Window:
  You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping.

• How to Cancel:
  To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at divyanshu@indofolkwellness.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.

• Processing:
  Once your cancellation request is confirmed, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay.

• Non-Cancellable Orders:
  If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please refer to our refund process below.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refund requests for delivered orders must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

• How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: Email your refund request along with your order details and the reason for the request to divyanshu@indofolkwellness.com.
  2. Return Authorization: If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.

• Refund Processing:
  Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
  Please note that partial refunds may apply if the returned product is missing parts or shows signs of use (unless it is found to be defective).

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
  • Products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
