  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders that meet a specified threshold (please check our website for current offers).
  • Standard Shipping: A nominal fee is applied to orders below the free shipping threshold.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.

  • After your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • Use the tracking link provided in your email or log in to your account on theayurpet.com to view real-time updates.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of order placement.
  • AyurPet is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Delays or Lost Shipments

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, logistical challenges).
