Refund & Return Policy

At AyurPet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: Email your request with order details and the reason for return at care@theayurpet.com 
  2. Return Authorization: If eligible, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for returning the product.
  3. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the product. If it meets our criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale or on clearance.
  • Products that have been opened or used (unless they are defective).
  • Customized or personalized items.
